There are beautiful views to water and lots of natural light from a wall of glass that leads to deck. Very quiet location and easy walking to the paths to see the water and rocks.   First of all there was a couple that was given the same room key as mine I had been there for 2 days they were able to walk in my room when I went to the front desk the little short lady acted like it didn't matter to her but it wasn't her she's the only one there that is negligent that is not okay and I need a refund how would you give someone else a key to a room that's already booked doesn't it show that in your computer I'm sure it does. She didn't even say I'm sorry or anything she just said well I don't know it wasn't me that's a problem I paid for a room I was there for two days I'm sure I was in the computer however that was overlooked I need to be compensated for my time and as well as my inconvenience by other guests walking into my room with a key given by front desk.

  A little short lady in the front could have did her job or at least sit I'm sorry or gave any kind of empathy but no so for that right there I will never return unless I get accomped room

  Staff not hospitable. People, mostly kids running around in the hallways all hours, leaving garbage on the floors, knocking on wrong doors. Pool was loud & lots of kids unsupervised. Kids in hot tub with floating toys, no room to go into & no room in pool area to sit, not enough chairs & empty chairs had belongings all over them, no pool towels. Garbage in the stairwells & empty pizza boxes littered the outside garbage can near the stairwell exit. The hotel window had no screen & the window was inoperable due to it didn't close all the way nor open. Not a pleasant stay at all! People need to supervise their children!

  We requested an accessible King Room - arrived and told room not available had a toilet problem - like they couldn't call a Plumber and they only had 1 Disabled Accessible room. Said they were giving us an upgraded King room What a joke. Dusty small awful. No breakfast restaurant was awful
