Nothing... i liked nothing about this hotel. The reception had a bad attitude and she was not able to assist or fix any of the problems at check in when I asked for a refund, I was reminded that it is nonrefundable.

It was 82 degrees in the room. I call the front desk... they sent a maintenance worker to the room. The maintenance man checked the air-conditioner then told me that the air conditioning did not work. It was reported to the front desk... I expected to be moved to another room but the front desk said that they were sold out. I was welcome to leave. I am a Christian, I do not use profanity. In my head I was upset.so I opened the door to the hallway to get some cool air while I slept. At check in... I paid for a king but was given a double queen.

I can't remember my room number but I believe it was on the 8th floor, last room next to the exit door to the stairs. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The bathroom shower and curtain had a dull and dingy film(coating). The basin hot water handle was loose, which made it difficult to turn on/off.

- beddings were not fresh, smelled previous guests ‐ 3 big towels were dirty, 2 if them also were wet - pillows filled with stone-hard chunks - matresses were too hard and springs constantly squeaks - as this is cheap motel other guests were mostly lower than middle class. I saw different people who shook and damaged the ice machine, spit on the floor, spilled coffee on the bench next to the exit, smoked, shout loudly all the night, played loud music in their car on the parking lot. - men's club next door

The property was fine, been before loved my stay the first time so I thought I would try my luck again and it failed me.

The bathroom was terrible the toilet was stopped up and had to ask for maintenance to come up to fix it and the front desk gentleman came up and he plunged it, it worked then but it stopped working, so I had to go somewhere else to use the bathroom because didn’t want to toilet to overflow. Very upset about that, will not go back will go somewhere else.

The new rules, no breakfast, parking fees, towel fees if u lose their card, loudness of other guest.. Bathroom was not clean, floors were not clean. Stained towels. The pool and pool area were dirty.

I had a registered service dog the toothless cleaning lady was angry because we had a dog there but I have all paperwork licenses and all so she cleaned the room once a week and her attitude was terrible
