The room was huge and comfy, with a king-size bed, a full-size fridge, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom worthy of a premium residence. There was a porch outside with a small table and two chairs, to sit, relax, and have a beer maybe after a long day trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless clean, and had an overall welcoming air. Definitely the place to stay in Krabi.”

  Proximity to Disney and Universal was good. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice (but were full of bugs). The in-room jetted tub was a nice touch. Everything was clean except for the floors (see below).

  Floors were swept but were not clean (our socks turned black with dirt on the bottoms after walking around for even a few minutes). We were a family of 7 but were only given 4 towels and washcloths. Fortunately after asking for more we were brought more with no issues. The kitchen is described as “fully equipped” but this only meant there were enough dishes and silverware for 4 people, and a Keurig, one 8-inch frying pan, one small (maybe 2-3 qt) pot, one 9x13” casserole dish, one quarter sheet baking pan, one spatula, and one medium sized cooking spoon. There was also a pop-up toaster that we discovered was broken, and a can opener and a couple of pot holders. We had planned on making some spaghetti sauce and pasta as well as a casserole or two, but the size of the pot (and the fact that there was only one) made us have to change our plans. The TVs worked okay but had some trouble buffering at times, and had no channel list so we had to flip through to find out what was on. We had also brought our Nintendo Switch and a Chromecast to use but couldn’t use either because the TV stands were bolted so close to the wall that we could not fit the power cable behind to the outlet. We were able to plug the Chromecast into one of the bedroom TVs, but could not get it to work on the public WiFi, so we were unable to use our streaming platforms. It would be nice if the facilities had Smart TVs as many hotels have nowadays. Also, at check in we were asked which day would work best for a full clean and we set up a time for Friday from 4-6, during which we were expected to be out of the unit so cleaning could get done. We stayed out extra late at Disney that day (resulting in all of us being exhausted by the time we got back) and when we arrived the cleaning had not been done. This was a bummer since we had set it up and planned around it. The website says the rooms get a daily refresh, new towels, beds made, but this did not happen once for us the whole stay.
