This was not a family, friendly, friendly establishment. There were people outside selling drugs. There were prostitutes and pimps walking around the hotel. There was a homeless tent outside and several broken down vehicles that had been there for God knows how long I nothing about the property there were stains and cigarette burns in the comforter, there were stains and dirt and trash in the carpet. The hotel smelled like rotten dog feces.

I was very scared to go outside because there were so many random people walking around that looked like they were on drugs. I wanted to book a new hotel room, but I was too scared to go back outside at night with my child that I decided to stay locked in my room we propped up. We propped up a chair next to the door to secure it From burglars, we were very scared for our safety. I would not recommend going here. Do not come to this place. Honestly, I don’t know who would come to this place when we came downstairs to leave a receptionist at the front desk was very rude to some other people other guest.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, and told us about a concert that night that we ended up going to. Bed was fantastic. Felt like luxury, at an affordable price. It's right across from the casino. We were given at late check out of 12 PM.

Towels could have been bigger, softer. Honestly, I can't think of anything else. Parking was slightly cramped, but that's it. Thank you for a great stay!

Since check-in time is at 4pm you would think the room would be clean BUT IT WAS NOT.. The floors were sandy and filthy. We couldn't even take off our shoes. Someone left a pair of eye contacts on the night stand. There's mold on the shower tiles. The fridge wasn't wiped out and the front of the fridge was filthy. Tell me how the cleaning crew didn't see that. There was dirt on the floor in front of the counter. There was a vacuum in the closet but it was broke, not that we were suppose to have to vacum ourselves. I called Vacasa and told them how dirty the unit was and all they could say was sorry. They sent someone over with a brand new vacum still in the box and left it. You would think they would have put the vacum together since we didn't have a screw driver to put it together. We used a table knife to put it together and we vacuumed the nasty floors. I have pics of the floors, shower and filth. The first night there was a huge roach on the wall. We killed it and saw another one. I couldn't unpack our bags in fear of roaches. They only provided us with two bath towels, two wash clothes and one hand towel. So be sure to pack some if you are renting this place. Also I am courteous and always unmake the bed upon departure at any place I stay. When I pulled back the fitted sheet there was NO mattress cover on the bed. I have never stayed anywhere that didn't have a mattress cover on the bed. Vacasa sent me an email to rate the unit, but I couldn't open the link to leave my rating. When we booked this unit with Booking.com the pictures looked very nice. It showed a very nice area outside with chairs, hammocks and a gas burning fire pit. The fire pit gas bottle was empty. We paid for four nights at this place and we were very disappointed. We will never return and we wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone. It's really sad for the owners.

Parking on site is VERY expensive. It’s nice that it is in and out, but with the $50+ cost and then having to tip valet every time you go in and out it is extraordinarily expensive.
