  The staff were friendly. The lobby decor was not your basic corporate hotel--I liked the wood near the fireplace. The price was a fair bit lower than competitors, so I had been worried about it being run down and/or in a neighborhood that didn't feel safe, but that wasn't the case.

  I have needed more than the usual number of pillows since a shoulder surgery in order to sleep comfortably. The front desk didn't have any extra pillows. I crafted a plan to use one of the couch cushions, until I chanced to see another guest requesting extra blankets, which was the better solution. Speaking of the pillow request, what was the point of the text message inviting any requests to make the stay more comfortable, if I didn't even get a reply? The breakfast was fine, but staffing didn't appear to be adequate to keep up with demand.

  You definitely have room to add 1 more washer and 1 more dryer to guest laundry. I had to wait until midnight to wash uniforms for the next day. That’s the only thing I can think of that was inconvenient.

  The room has a smell, it is not good, outdated, the wall papers are damaged and stained ,it is not pleasant to look at. especially the wall at the head of our bed it seems like there are insects crawling. They have a small fridge in the room but we can't use it has dripping water and the smell like dead rats. Their lobby was looks nice however , when we arrived at our room we were disappointed because we were not comfortable unlike other hotels we stayed at. we stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, expected to be able to relax because we like to stay in hotels and enjoy the ambiance. I always read reviews before we book and the ones I read were good so I chose this property. Their lobby looks good and well maintained but what is important to us is the room because that is where we will be staying and that is what we paid for. Better they pay attention to the guestrooms, even though they clean it, it doesn't look clean 😔 beds are very old, not in good shape anymore , they don't even have bed protectors. Their staffs are friendly and helpful .
