  It has a good selection of cold and hot items and you can make mini waffles. The breakfast attendant is wonderful- she remembers us when we stay there. It's close to restaurants, shopping and not far from downtown Roanoke.

  The location was quiet, and I liked the community garden and the people I met around the unit. It made me feel more comfortable about the place. The bedding was clean.

  First, this is not a NEW place it is old and run down. This area is not the safest place to be as we learned from locals, lots of crime in the area, my husband was on figelant watch the whole time. The unit is very dirty and needs to be professional cleaned. There are hand prints, spills, dirty floors, and dirty edges throughout the unit with built-up dirt in corners thats never been cleaned. Dirt needs steaming and scraping to get it clean. The floors are mismatched and look trashy. The coving/mop boards on the floors are dirty and banged up. The wood floors are miss matched and look trashy. The couch was dirty with spills and needs cleaning. There is a viewing deck that has no chairs. Why have a deck? The stairway is steep and dark. The AC unit in the back did not blow out cool air. It was warm, and we were unable to turn the knob for colder. The bathroom has no working fan. There is a Weird arrangement in the kitchen, maybe it would be better to have a smaller table. The salt and pepper well lets just say bring your own. A couch and one chair is not enough room if you have more than three people staying. There is no laundry and going down the street !!! well, be safe! The parking sucks but that's Boston!

  We were suppose to be on the 1st floor when we booked but when we got there that were under construction which we were not told and the pictures were very deceiving. They put us on the 3rd floor and it was dirty and stunk moved us to 2nd floor and the same thing. Very disappointing never again
