Well, you know what you say, you get what you pay for. In this sense, I was AMAZED! The room was very reasonably priced but it was SO NICE, so clean, and comfortable! My husband and I agreed that the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We will DEFINITELY be staying again! I will add, the location is okay, fairly close to downtown but the driveway to the hotel is pretty steep, so it would be hard to walk for someone who struggled with things like that.

Had to be at the airport at 4am. Location was close. They provided a shuttle and let me leave my car there with no extra charge. Happy hour was enjoyed by my husband. Ate in their restaurant and food was good. Will stay there again if I need to. Staff was helpful and friendly

Limited cookware for a house advertised to accommodate a group. The pool not having the hot tub heated, and there were no lights outside, meaning we could not hang out at the pool after dark.

I paid for a non smoking room and the sheets had burn marks on them both beds did. There was a spot on the wall that where someone put out a cigarette. No iron as I called to check and was told there was an iron in the room.

Not ONE TIME were there clean towels, or ANY towels at the pool! Also..The pool was FULL of leaves for the 11/2 days we were there, with no attempt to remove them from anyone. (We arrived early for check in, and spent time at the pool) Every. Single. Time. I went to use the bathroom (we waited about 4 hours for check in, hotel OBVIOUSLY wasn't full), the cleaning lady was in the bathroom, not cleaning, just using THAT bathroom! The floor of our room was NOT clean. It IS a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff, and the staff at the restaurant/bar were both EXCELLENT!! I KNOW it's difficult right now to hire competent people, BUT the cleaning staff should be a PRIORITY.. If a beautiful hotel isn't clean, it changes the experience, and THAT is what a "boutique hotel" should be, an "experience " in and of itself..
