  Everything was wonderful except the man desk clerk.. maby new.he was looking up my name couldn't find it. Said we never paid in a cocky attitude. Looked us in the eyes and said "you never paid US!. But thank goodness this wonderful lady helped us and fixed everything and said he accidentally deleted the booking.com form. So they had no Info about our stay. Other than that they were awsome clean and breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

  So close to Yellowstone. Very nice combination of a "tent" but really glamping. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was incredible.

  The amount of space available was great. We are a family of 5, and the bedrooms, living room, and backyard were great.

  The kitchen was small. The temperature would be too warm at night, and the pool was super dirty by the time we were leaving which means there's no real filtration system.

  The mirror in my bedroom was cracked upon arrival. The tv in the living room area did not work at all. A woman working the breakfast area yelled at my friend & I. She pointed her finger in our face & accused us of taking too long at a station. The encounter felt very intimidating. She was very rude & hostile & after talking to general management, we did not get an apology at all. The only thing we were told was that it would be investigated. It felt very much like the situation was being rubbed off. Mind you, at the time the woman yelled at us, my friend & I were fixing coffee & cleaning up the sugar & cream containers. The trash can directly next to us did not have a trash bag in it so it took longer for me to gather my items (a cup of hot coffee, a plate of food, keys, phone, & the trash that I needed to carry across the room to another trash can) … the continental breakfast was not worth the fuss anyway so I left my food there & checked out

  Hotel had dirty sheets, had used amenities didn’t bother to change them out from previous people. The was cockroaches, flies coming out the sink. The staff was rude just a very horrible experience.
