It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

  I liked that it near the interstate. It was close enough to the place I was traveling to. The AC was cold. It was double blinded/curtained. It had a fridge.

  It wasn't as nice as the pictures when I was searching for a room in the area. The room was plainer than the pictures. The telephone didn't work in the room. The toilet didn't flush well. The shower drain didn't drain well. There were no hangers, no tissues. The breakfast was okay. Paint chipped on the walls. Nail polish stuck on counter top.

  Spacious and clean room. S’mores activity at night was a good idea. Beautiful walk to downtown Bar Harbor. Didn’t try the pool and jacuzzi, but it looked cozy.

  Loved everything about it. The rooms were cleaned. The staff was nice. Location was great.

  The communication could have been better. After we figured it out and the frustration we found out all the communication was going through an email that booking.com created for us. We had no idea. It took like an hour to figure out parking. We didn’t have our information to get into the rooms until we texted the number and talked to someone about an hour later. Also we had to hunt the trash bin so a letter where it was at would have been nice also. Because we got soaked looking for it because it rained the whole time we was there. Other than that. I loved it

  The hotel looked like it had lots of damage due to a fire/water. Upstairs is not is use, staff was not nolgiable about anything pertaining to the place, ac would not stay working. Door locking bar, was loose and everytime you left the room it would wiggle loose and lock you out of your room, when asking for help to get back in our room the desk attendant seemed very confused, we were able to push it open using the door key to get back in our room. This place needs alot of work, would not recommend staying here at all to anyone. Free breakfast is a small sack with Apple and yogurt. This was our first time staying here, do not always believe pictures online, the hotel was very run down, smelled very dirty. We asked for an extra pillow , when given to us the young man stated " here is the pillow , not sure how good they are" , made us wonder why he said that and if they were even clean. Stay here at your own risk. The lamp in the room was unplugged , we plugged it back in to have light in the room, after a couple minutes the light flickered and shut off on its own, made us concerned that there was an electrical problem so to be safe we unplugged the lamp from the outlet.

  I got upgraded through booking for a cabin and the cabin had no hot water ,says it faced the pool pool not opened and cars in parking lot ..I had to switch rooms the next night due to no hot water ..Would likely money back for the upgrade I paid for ..which it was not
