The breakfast selection and quality was a very positive surprise. Ready-made omelettes, just the right size. Plenty of options. Fresh oatmeal. Good coffee. Chobani and another choice of yogurts. Thank you. Nice Keurig machine. The check-in person was personable. The late night person was great - didn't get his name. The early morning checkout lady was extremely pleasant. It seems rare these days to have such lovely people providing service with a smile.

Room decor rather dull and bland. Dark gray colors. No interesting art on walls. The room smelled clean, but clean like a freshener scent had been sprayed. Booking.com turned out to be unreliable, unhelpful, hung up on me when I tried to find out why your hotel had no reservation for me. After almost 2 hours on the phone talking with many people, it was finally discovered Booking.com had misspelled my last name - after I had repeated it at least three times. I would advise IHG to cease having a business relationship with Booking.com. Very unpleasant experience. I thought I was booking directly with IHG to begin with. Will have to be more careful with future bookings.

We were there during the tornado. Just wish they would have some kind of alarm to let the patrons know about it. Luckily our phones went off to let us know but some people didn't have that notice.

Breakfast was good enough. Dinning atea was small. The tables were not cleaned after clients finished their meal. I did mot see personell being alert & ready to restakl & clean the area.

I asked at front desk to have my room cleaned, ie, trash thrown out, towels restalked & trash taken out & beds made up. The girl at front desk said ‘ok’ that she would let housekeeping know. That did not happen. So our room was a mess when we returned from our day at farmers mkt.

There was an additional pet fee ( nonrefundable deposit) of $75 that was not mentioned anywhere in the Booking.com listing. I was told that it was on the hotel website, that I never go to. I have used other pet friendly hotels without this fee. I might have made a different decision. I will now ask all bookings moving forward.
