  Very close to the beach (literally on the shore) and it was very good location if you are a foodie and want to try the best places! (Ono seafood, maguro brothers, etc.). Beds were quite big!

  The WiFi was absolutely horrible and given that it’s $48/day for the resort fee… come on now. Additionally the room had a constant odor within it. Do NOT do your laundry here, much better to just wait, each wash and each drying session is $4.50 each so one load of laundry is already $9 and so I dried my clothes once which was already $4.50 and it was not overloading (only filled like 1/2-1/3 of the dryer, and when I came back down they were still wet, at that price come on now. The pool was okay.

  The location was great! Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches.

  On the Sunday morning before we left which was mother's day, we heard the hosting family arguing and screaming at each other. Other than that incident, things were fine.

  My husband and son and daughter got what looks like bedbug bites or flea bites the morning after they stayed there. I didn’t like the fact that they allow pets in the hotel rooms. Not cleanly.

  We found dirty floors when we checked in the apartment. Not acceptable considering the premium price paid per night ($500/night). We cleaned the floors ourselves as we understood that the office/reception was closed when we arrived. Provided photo of the issue the customer service when she requested the feedback before leaving. We did not get any refund for the issue that we experienced.

  I booked two rooms with 2 queen beds and canceled one. When I arrived I was put in a king with sofa bed and was told that is what Booking.com booked for me and there were no more queens available. I didn't have a choice but to accept. Very disappointing.
