      Room was roomy, ac worked well. Bathroom was good had hot water with no issues. Really nice staff love the lemon water

      Bed had some bedbugs, no housekeep came to clean up or change sheets. We had to ask for fresh towels, it was limited bathroom toilet paper no extra blankets for pullout couch.

      noisy from neighboring rooms and hall… no real sound barriers… located right behind another hotel… not the friendliest staff, either not at front desk or not very attentive…

      Great location. Felt safe. Quiet. Room was very big and enough room for us all without us tripping over each other.

      Front staff was not the friendliest. Breakfast was only pastries. Room was big and split into two sections. One section was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep, even with the ceiling fan. Shower had a weird smell. Pool closed at 8:00pm.

      They either accidentally or mistakenly removed our last day there. They were able to fix the issue quickly but it did cause some distress. Just make sure to have them confirm your stay at check in for the length of stay.
