Love the location for our travel route. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. Pet friendly with a dog park across the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My first room had hair no hot water the night person was not answering the phone and I had to walk all the way to the front to complain . I talked to one manger that was supposed to get back with me and never did . The mod needs more training who was there when I checked in . My first night need to be refunded . I ask for the general manager to call me no such thing ever happened.

They said I could do early check in if it was available. It was but would cost $25 more which was absurd for checking in 2 hours earlier. Checking in was a pain too. Adding more onto a physical card for a deposit even though they already used was on my booking and charged. They wouldn’t use that one or Apple Pay even though they had Apple Pay there at the office. I’d have to wait another 1.5 hours for my partner who has the physical card since they refused a split payment of $100 for the deposit on a different card. Lastly being told to wait there to check the room but never going over to the room to check for anything was a strange stall. The AC unit is extremely dated and did zero cooling even on high hours later the room barely got cooler. The pillows are also flimsy and sad.
