I appreciated the location being in a pleasant neighborhood with convenient walking access to all necessities, including a nearby grocery store. The decor of the place was charming and gave an intimate feel. The room exceeded my expectations in size and was fully stocked with all the essentials and some thoughtful extras I hadn't anticipated. I also loved the pool area, which was updated with ample seating, better landscaping, and other features not visible in the pictures

Parking can be sparse at night since it's street parking, which might be inconvenient if you're driving. This property lacks some of the bells and whistles that other properties might offer. Additionally, the kitchen and dining area being upstairs could be a deterrent for some guests, so it's important to note this for future stays.

The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were very nice, it had a large walk in shower and a huge vanity, the mini fridge was roomy

The bedding on both beds didn't look like it had been changed, only turned up from the last guests. There was pet hair, crumbs, lint and some questionable spots on them. Tried to call the front desk for fresh ones several times with no answer. I even tried to walk down there to speak to someone, no one came to the desk when I rung the bell...So we were forced to sleep in dirty sheets. Clean beds should be the bare minimum...

It smelled bad, very poor conditions. Towels had of people’s body hairs on them. They didn’t pull any trash nor make beds, nor change towels at all & they’re scammers!! They changed The price 3/4 times!! Ran my card twice before I came& since I had it locked they canceled my reservation! I paid them Friday,Saturday& either again Saturday & Sunday.. & they switched up the price twice while on the phone!

TV did not work for the first night. Made a second request next day and it was fixed. Floor lamp in room did not work it too was fixed for second day of stay. Vending machines were empty for entire stay. Ice machine missing grate. Had to use one hand to hold onto ice bucket and other to operate the machine. Breakfast was available in temporary office while construction underway but had to be eaten in room since there was no space in breakfast area.

I didn’t like the fact that they charge $150 for incremental charges and I wasn’t told about it ahead of time. The attendant did say I will get it back in 5-7 days, which is also crazy to me. Also the carpeting was filthy! Definitely needs a cleaning.

Room smelled like bleach, bathroom floor was sticky and had drips of pee on the floor, there was something brown on the toilet seat, the fitted sheet was not fitted to the bed and the sheets under it were disgusting.
