The bathroom was disgusting and unacceptable. The struggle to get signed in was such a discomfort. After traveling 7 hrs with my granddaughter in the car. We just wanted to rest. And get her fed. I was treated with disrespect when I asked a staff member could they help me with getting warm water for a bottle.she looked me up and down and preceded to ask me did i have a room. I said of course but we cant get in our room. Due to registration having problems processing. She told me no. I told her I'm sure there's warm water in the hotel. But thank you anyways. She said with an attitude like that she wasn't going to help me. I told her it was obvious that she already decided she wasn't going to help me. I notified the front desk of the incident. On top of not being able to get registered until late in the evening we attempted two to three times both registers were not seemingly to work only to come to find out that they weren't processing my payment right and needed training on how to do so so the office manager came out and showed them where they were making errors and show them how to fix it. But all that time I was left in the sun basically with my grandbaby and my kids waiting and then was treated badly and I didn't appreciate it I've never been treated like that there.

Was put in a good area for experiencing different food options.

Was overall not pleased with how you would make a complaint about way too much going on and nothing got done about it. There was way too many children per room. All the amenities were taken over by children not governed by parents at all. Constant running up and down the hallways, screaming, or just disrespectful. The staff was told many of times about these issues and nothing was done about it. Hopefully they make a more strict program for checking people in and allowing soo many people into each room.

It seemed a bit dated and had a lot of wear tot he entire facility. Our room door had a broken lock on the inside, so trying to keep a runaway toddler in the room was more difficult.
