  I brought my own food and was able to cook and eat nicely. Totally enjoyed taking time in the hot tube both night and morning! =) Also enjoyed sitting out in the back yard with firewood that we bought from a local grocery store. We didn't want to have to stay inside the cabin all day and night and have to watch TV. We liked family time together, outside in Natural Area!

  The only thing I didn't like was the cost of $400+ dollars, for ONE NIGHT stay. I would have preferred to pay only half that amount. But, it was a cabin we wanted to use with the hot tub so that we didn't have to sit in the cabin all day and night.

  Breakfast was excellent and room was spacious and clean.

  The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and not knowledeable of technology. The credit card scanner was refusing at least 6 customers and she declined cash. It was not a good situation but luckily a nearby customer figured out the scanner was not being used properly.

  My wife and my friends wife were confronted by a party pushing a suit case at the entrance. The lady yelled at my children that they were going to be taken and sold into a child sex trafficking ring. We were forced to end our stay 2 days in and book a different hotel. It didn’t feel safe for them anymore

  Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am When checking in I informed the staff that I was there for a wedding that would start at 5 PM. I was told they would call me as soon as my room was ready. At 3:30 PM I went to the front desk to inquire if my room was available and was told it was. If I had not gone there at 3:30 I never would have known that as I never received any phone calls from the staff. It was a completely different staff when I returned at 3:30. We were not offered any help carrying our baggage is to our room. We got turned around, looking for our room and tried to speak to an employee however, he did not speak any English. It’s also very disappointing to have to leave the property to just get a cup of coffee.
