- “The design of this triangle villa is amazing and beautiful. The location is a little far from the city, but it was supposed to be like this to have a real experience living in the jungle, which was wonderful. The view from the room on the second floor was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The little pool at the right corner was very confy and quiet with a jungle view. Breakfast was delicious, and it was delivered to your tiny villa every morning. The smell of the blankets, sheets, towels and bed clothes is very good like a nice perfume.”

The hotel was very convenient to the train system with a station entrance right beside the hotel. There is also a grocery on the opposing corner that had a wide variety of foods, wines, etc. There are also several konbinis close to the hotel for anything you may need. There are a number of restaurants nearby. It is nothing like Dotonbori area of Osaka but it is also a lot quieter than that area. There is a set of laundry machines on the 3rd floor that are very useful. They had a display case in the lobby of things you might need for a comfortable stay.”

  I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly both nights. The hotel's [location/facilities] were also a big plus, with plenty of [restaurants/shops] within walking distance. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Aloft McAllen to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

  Liked the employee who handled the check in. Very smooth process, and he was knowledgeable about the location and surrounding area.

  Didn't like the roach on the floor in the room when we walked in. Didn't like the dark red stains on the curtains. Didn't like the ants on the bathroom counter when we woke up. Didn't like the lack of communication from the hotel management after we used booking.com to try and modify our stay. It's been 4 days since I checked out early, and still haven't heard anything. I'm not impressed with any part of my travel- the hotel as well as booking.com.

  When I arrived at the location and went in my room after being on a cruise all week I wanted to take a Bath. While doing so I looked to my left and to my horror there was a tablet computer hidden behind my toilet. After taking it to the office and explaining my situation the male manager seemed concerned and promised to keep me updated on the situation. After only 2 brief conversations and him coming into my room to look behind the toilet on the same Day I no longer Heard anything until I checked out and asked to speak to a manager on update. To my embarrassment he seemed to put the blame on me and was very dismissive. Having to catch a flight States away I left hoping nothing comes of it And my nude body was not being watched or put on the web.
