I stayed on the side facing the road but I don’t think there was high noise that would bother me. The hotel offered much more than I expected. The air conditioning is new and works very well. There was no musty smell in my room, which is a big problem in Thailand. The beds are very comfortable. All my requests were met immediately. There is a bathtub and bidet in the bathroom. They provide toiletries (including soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, ear cleaning stick) and 2 bottles of water for free. There are big umbrellas in the room. The sea is a few steps away. You can come very close to the hotel (2 minutes on foot) from the airport with the airport shuttle bus for only 100 Baht. There is no need to pay 750-1000 Baht to come to the hotel from Phuket airport. The room is clean, the breakfast is good and sufficient, the staff is friendly and helpful. And what's more, there is no such nonsense as taking a deposit, which is almost everywhere in Thailand. There is a notice in the room that says you will only be charged if you damage anything in the room. The pool is open until 10pm. I didn't swim in it but it looked very nice. Karon Avenue is 2 minutes away from the hotel, there are shops, a pharmacy, 7/11, fruit stands, very good restaurants. Rimley Seafood in Karon Avenue has a magnificent view of the lake, sells the best seafood I've ever eaten for very reasonable prices. Local Bazaar is 10 minutes away. You can buy many beautiful handmade souvenirs there.”
