The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a lake. It was so nice to watch a sea otter come out of the water & play on the back lawn! The house had a lovely screened in porch & back deck. The weather was horrible when we were there so we didn't get to use the kayak or grill but it would have been epic! The kitchen was well appointed with all you would need to cook, eat, & drink (beaituful bar ware!). The wifi/TV was great & the property was close to a lot!

The few days we stayed it rained horribly, gusty winds, & cold; of course not their fault. But, our first night, it became so cold sleeping & then we realized we had no heat or fire to cook with. I messaged the property manager who told me he would bring portable heaters but was an hour 1/2 away & busy. Luckily, a propane company showed up sooner. They refilled the propane tank, came inside to fix the stove (it took a bit for the propane to activate), & they were off. I feel that the property manage should have checked all the facilites. I did ask if they could accommodate a late checkout for the inconveince ( I also checked to see if the place was rented after us-it wasn't & it was off season) & they denied our request. :(

A great place to stay! Rooms were very clean and the staff soon arrival and departure were very friendly! Only thing I will say is night time staff were a little cranky.. room comes with a fridge and there is a microwave outside the lobby which is good

The lobby was nice. Breakfast was available in the morning. Room was not clean with heater control broken.

Room was not clean !!! One of the beds had crumpled sheets that appeared someone had slept or laid in prior to my arrival. The heater control was inoperable & didn’t appear to even be hooked up (no electricity to the wall control). I was going to shower in the morning, but after waiting 20 minutes for the water to warm up - I gave up. The water in the shower never got warm! We had called earlier in the day to confirm that they accepted pets & was told that they did, so we made reservations for the night. Due to horrible traffic after the eclipse we did not arrive until 12:30 AM very tired. We were told that they would not allow our small dog without a service dog certificate. They allow pets if you have a certificate, but the night manager would not budge on their guidelines even though we had called & spoken to a day clerk earlier that day who told us that pets were accepted. They were unwilling to contact the owner/off-site manager. The night manager was polite, but was not helpful stating the company policy & giving no explanation of why the day clerk had informed us that there was not a problem to bring a pet. No refund was offered or given. Totally dissatisfied!!
