Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely nice. The woman who checked us in began to call me by my name when we would leave and return to the property. The man and woman working in the breakfast area were also nice. The lady always asked if we wanted more food before she closed everything up. She would even ask the guests if they were interested in taking the leftover hot food. Everything about the property is clean. The room was comfortable. I loved the apartment feel to the room. It had a small, fully functional kitchen and a sitting area with a couch. It's definitely the best place to stay Covington. I've already booked my next 2 stays with them.

We only ate breakfast 3 mornings, but it was pretty much the same thing every morning. I think the only thing that was different was one morning there were sausage biscuits instead of Waffles. I saw some condiments such a bbq sauce, hot sauce and salsa but nothing as simple as mayonnaise or ketchup. Don't get me wrong, the breakfast was good but other options would have been nice.

The container was in a natural surrounding with deer roaming! Nice rooftop seating to enjoy wine and watch the sky! Inside was clean, organized, efficient and plea ty of towels and toiletries!

They should have seen I had two reservations when I checked in, but only checked me into one room, so I had to go back to the front desk to get the keys to my second room. The staff seemed to have never done customer service before and basically responded as if I was the problem. No apologies or kindness. I generally try to give the benefit of the doubt to workers, and I'm not somebody to make a fuss, but this was pretty bad. My room was incredibly hot when I got into it (85º) and the next morning I found I had a window that was left cracked open and when trying to close it, I saw it was broken and couldn't fully close. The AC unit in both rooms did not work with the wall thermostat, instead you had to open the unit up and manually set your temperature controls. The cold water handle in the bathroom was broken and would just fully come off if you tried to turn it. The shower faucet handle was extremely difficult to turn and seems to have likely corroded on the inside. It also leaked. There was lots of weird spots of dirt (I really hope it was dirt) above the shower which made me think they didn't really clean well in there after the last guest. There were also lots of stains and gunk stuck in the carpet. Lastly, the breakfast advertised is literally a small cabinet of a couple small muffins and granola bars, one thing of coffee, and one thing of hot water with some oatmeal packets. It's deceptive to describe this as a breakfast and more like a snack cabinet.
