It was cleaned every day by the staff. It had everything we needed to make our little meals.   Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment, lots of natural light and a good view down Snapper Creek, so a bit of greenery - rather than looking at another building. Everything in the apartment works well. The gym and pool and lovely, with free coffee bar. Free parking always an asset. Location is very convenient for what we wanted, but also across the road from a Target etc so easy for groceries. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Staff at Miami Vacations as well as the building staff pro-actively helpful. Thank you Nelly.

  The shower could do with updating. The only lighting in the bedrooms is bedside lights, no wall/ceiling lighting. No windows in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is equiped with basics (pots, pans, cooking spoons), but no extras for full cooking, eg grater, chopping board etc. Here for 2 weeks so bought our own.

  room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I thought the location near railroad tracks might be an issue but the railroad traffic stopped in the early evening. We got a good night's uninterrupted sleep.

  The breakfast was ok. Typical hotel free breakfast. The location was great for us. One block off the beach. I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have an ocean view.

  There were a couple of things that weren't good. First the coffee bar and lobby bar were closed during our stay. So was the dinner restaurant. The first night we were there we went up to the roof top bar/restaurant that was private from the hotel so we couldn't put it on our room tab. It was very nice but very pricey. Then we realized that our bathroom door (pocket door) got stuck if you closed it all the way. It took 2 people to get out of the bathroom. My husband and I reported it to the front desk immediately and we were told facilities would be there to fix it. They did not come the first day. We asked again the second day and they did not show up. We only stayed 2 nights.
