  The staff was friendly upon arrival and during our stay. The property is very conveniently located to CU Boulder and an easy drive to Denver.

  I was overcharged by the hotel. I called the hotel to alert them to the mistake and was asked if I booked the room on Booking.com. When I responded yes, I was told I needed to contact them. I said they wouldn't be the ones to issue a credit and was told the manager would call me back. I never received a call and had to dispute the charges. I confirmed the amount upon check out as well as the fact I would get the final bill via email which never happened.

  The location was very good, nice and quiet with plenty of space for the family.

  The master bed was extremely uncomfortable, the whole bed “ squeaked” , the upstairs residents kept us awake most of the two nights by walking around very heavy footed, which contributed to us having very little sleep there could have been maybe a little welcome basket with coffee, tea , etc, some basic items to use upon arrival, and the check in time should be earlier than 4pm as we arrived from a long drive around 2pm and had to hang around for two hours when that could have been the time to access the property.
