My son loved the cookie upon arrival and they had regular and allergen friendly options. If you are going to Philly for anything Kimmel Center of the Arts related, PERFECT location. The Academy of Music was directly across from the hotel. The pool was a nice temperature that didn't require too much acclimation. The depth was posted as 4ft but I question that. My 7 year old was able to touch the bottom flat footed and still have his neck and shoulders of out of the water. He is still learning to swim so whatever height the pool was, was PERFECT for him. The pillows in the room were fantastic if you like softer, more pliable down style pillows. They were my favorite part of the room. The bacon was delicious.

The hotel has closed the sauna permanently and renovations were happening to the fitness center when we stayed June 8-10. The images of the pool on booking.com were taken either the day it was completed or got the Photoshop treatment. The glass windows were hazy, the pool had a weird metal bottom which lends to my belief that the water depth is inaccurate, it's a step ladder entrance so I could see a heavy set, disabled, or nervous person a little unsure about getting in and out. I did have to fling some floating hair clumps out of the pool too. I'm not sure how warm the pool would be in colder months but the room has many heaters on the walls. The plumbing in our room was off. The tub had a slow drain and the toilet flushed needed to be held down for the duration of the flush. I didn't feel the need to complain to the front desk about it but I did let them know at check out so someone could do a repair, I also noticed what appeared to be blood splatter near the windows on the wooden valence, note for the photos the valence is painted wood not metal so I cannot be rust. The breakfast buffet was $24 for adults and it seemed very high for the spread. A la carte is an option as well but it wasn't advertised when we went to the breakfast room. The food options were very similar to places that offer complimentary breakfast so the $24/seat seemed excessive. Knowing what I know now, I would have dined at a local eatery. Self Parking was $38 a night. I think having to pay for parking any time I stay at a hotel is ridiculous but it does seem like this particular garage might not have been owned by the hotel. You hotel room key is your ticket to the garage and you can swipe in and out as many times as you need to during the stay which is nice. I did not see a valet option which was fine, my husband hates using a valet.

The owners of the place really thought of every detail from the decoration to the supplies for the whole place. They had more than any other Rbnb I have stayed at including beach towels and folding chairs to use at the beach. Nice presentation of toiletries, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings. Also right on the beach with view to the ocean. Amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

The desk clerk was very friendly and very helpful when we arrived in the evening. The king size bed is very comfortable in the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast was delicious waffles, cereals, fruit and yogurt and juice, coffee, oatmeal, donuts and more. The room had a very nice TV set and coffee. There’s lots of rooms for clothes to hang and be stored in the dresser.

Basic hotel right near the airport. Room was clean and bed descent. Pillows were just ok, but fine for one night. No weird smells or anything. Didn't stay long, but it worked for our needs

I've traveled a lot and never had to write such a negative review for a hotel before. The place itself isn't terrible, but my experience was awful. Cleanliness & professionalism are really important to me, and this hotel missed the mark on both. The bed sheets had hair from previous guests, like they hadn't been changed. That's just gross. Plus, the $40 valet service took over 45 minutes to bring our car, making us late for our reservation. That's totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If they had told us or given us a heads up that their valet is backed up (which it wasn't, we were the only guests waiting for our car, I would have happily called earlier and planned accordingly, or ubered to my destination, or even parked in the parking across the street). We asked for beach towels, the receptionist refused to give us towels, saying that they only distribute them at the beach. We went to the beach, and the kiosk was out of clean towels, so we went back to the hotel, and guess what? they suddenly could give us beach towels. Why waste my time and make me walk twice to the beach when you could have easily just given me beach towels from the start. That really made us upset. On our last day, we asked for a late checkout of just 20-30 minutes, and they said no, even though their website showed available rooms. The staff were rude and unhelpful the whole time. I was really unhappy with my stay and will never stay here again. This hotel needs to seriously step up its game when it comes to cleanliness, service, and professionalism.
