  Front desk staff were hospitable. Easy ability find the reserved room and have a sense of the hotel layout. The room was fairly clean & welcoming. The mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was kindly & promptly prepared. The food was delicious and I enjoyed drinking Folgers coffee for the 1st time at a hotel.

  No microwave in room. The coffee tray in the room was dirty. We could hear a lot of hallway noise through the door to the room.Thankfully we brought a white noise machine. Some of the bed blankets appeared scuffed and or dirty. The window curtains had signs of damage. Since my sister and I have only visited Branson twice, it was a bit rough finding the hotel. Thankfully we had GPS.

  The pictures and the reviews are very deceiving. When I walked in the lobby it smelled so strong of the grossest scent I’ve ever smelled. The whole hotel smelled like that formaldehyde smell, cigarettes and weed. The carpets were disgusting. The bathroom had pubic hair all over the floor. We should have just left. I was not comfortable and grossed out the whole time we stayed there.
