Very clean property including swimming/hot tub area. Nice gazebo’s around the building to sit out & enjoy the mountains & trees. Rooms very clean. Restaurant nearby was good for morning coffee or dinner.

No air conditioning or hot water. We couldn't shower. The night manager was contacted and a maintenance worker was dispatched but couldn't fix the problems.

Then bed was comfortable. THe temperature of the room was ac ceptable, even though the air conditioner was very noisy.

THe pool was not available due to a chemical problem. The vending machines were not functional. The Shower chair we requested did not really fit the tub in the bathroom of the handicapped room we requested. My husband did not use the shower because of this. The breakfast seemed to consist of cheerios.

The restaurant on the roof brings in a lot of foot traffic that congests the elevators. We were awoken by a fight on the street in front of the hotel at 1 am. The women had obviously been drinking at the hotel bar. I was on the 5th floor & still heard the commotion. Walls/doors are thin, especially in adjoining rooms. We had to move after they put a family with 2 children next to us a few days into our stay. The kids were loud enough that it was disruptive. When we got to our new room, we went from a great view to a terrible one & our room & the shower were both smaller. It was not exactly a great trade when we had already been in our prior room for a couple of days. If I have to move because of another guests noise level, my room should have been exactly the same or upgraded at the very least given the hassle of having to pack and unpack a second time. The 2nd room was quite dusty as well & had definitely not been either cleaned well or used recently. I'm not sure which. Beautiful place to stay, but it did not meet my expectations for the money we spent. Staff were generally friendly & helpful. Rooftop restaurant, the Vue, was very expensive with just average food. It was also extremely loud! The bar is in the same space & it was jammed packed with people who were screaming at one another. I went on a Wednesday night & spent twice what I did at every other meal & I ordered a cheeseburger & chicken sandwich with an appetizer. Staff were super slow & in no hurry to take our order, refill our tiny water glasses, or bring our check. Different staff brought our food, which came fast compared to the water refills, check, etc. The area with the best views is usually reserved for private parties, so don't expect to get a view of the mall from your dining table.
