We have stayed in room 2, 7 and 11. Everything was fabulous and its very convinient.Location, location, location. My son and I love it. the kiichen is complete, the beds )king and sofa bed are comfortable. The place is very clean.No smell of cigaretter and the other visitors have alwasy respected the quiet time. we will continue tostay here.

The staff is very friendly and helps me to get water, etc. The facility is complete, with breakfast, parking, etc. it has on site washing machine and drier.

Facility seemed like it needed to be deep cleaned. Just looked grimy. We've stayed in Drury Inns before and this just wasn't the same. Not nearly as nice.

Dirty floor with hair from a previous guest and the bath soap and hair product dispensers had fallen off of the wall and were scattered in the tub. I also did not like how I was treated at the front desk while checking in just because I used a third party booking site. The task of simply changing the name on the reservation was a total headache trying to get someone on the phone before arriving and upon arrival. The third party booking site also could not get in touch with anyone and sent a confirmation email to reflect their attempts. I also was charged $50 instead of it pending for any possible damages, just to then be refunded but not in full. My mother and I checked in around 9p and simply showered and slept there and left early the next morning. Nothing was damaged so I want to know why I was not refunded in full.
