Alecia was at the desk to welcome us and get us checked in. She was so friendly and hospitable! She helped us get a cab and suggested a great restaurant for dinner. She really understood how to treat guest at your hotel. You are lucky to have an employee like Alecia! The shuttle driver to the airport, was also commendable. It was very early and a full bus of people were waiting to be dropped at different terminals. Plus it was raining! He was very organized and polite, and kept a positive jovial spirit that started our day with confidence in a great trip!

For numerous weeks now Queens Inn has not had any cable for television, when traveling with 2 people they always have 1 set of towels, there aren't any phones in the rooms, no coffee in the mornings anymore, alot of the rooms don't have a fridge or microwave as stated, the beds aren't cleaned underneath and nor is it clean behind the dressers and end tables, lamps in the room don't have shades, there has been a case of mice in the buildings.

Very cute property with a lot of character. Owners are fantastic. Rooms are clean and have charm. Breakfast area is very nice. There is a nice patio for sitting outside among the birds. It’s walking distance to everything you want to see in Santa Fe.

There wasn’t a fridge in the room and unfortunately they were understaffed so the room wasn’t cleaned during the day. First world problems though. We had a good stay.

the rooms are out dated by about 40 years and have a musty smell to them. we stayed there on a Saturday night and paid roughly $325 for one night. with a partial view of the ocean. for the condition of this room this price was not a good value. if it wasn’t for the fact that other members of my group were staying there, i wouldn’t have picked this hotel.

Our room smelled very badly of smoke. It was a non smoking room. I bought air freshener it was so terrible. Someone also propped an exterior door. Complete lack of safety.

Double charged us. Once with booking app then the hotel charged again so be on lookout for that. Room door could be pushed open without using key. Address is wrong on booking app is S Frontage not N Frontage.
