  If you don't mind staying in Green Hills which is a refined and classy area a bit south of the "action" of tourist Nashville, this place is perfect. Recently opened, facilities are in great shape, rooms are modern but comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good also (included).

  Liked the location and how comfortable the beds were. Full kitchen to use and how friendly most of the staff were. Also the price was great!

  There needs to be a more realistic check-in time. 4pm in the afternoon doesnt work with most guests especially if you get to the area in the morning. We're lucky to have gotten in early but we had to spend 4 hours at the beach with all of our luggage. Amount of noise at all hours of the night. Sounded like kids running and jumping above us every night until 1am. If you're gonna have a quiet time then it needs to be enforced. Room was decent but a little dirty. The fold out futon legs were janky and broken as well as the coffee table.

  Very nice hotel close to the parkway. Beds are very comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good.

  There are 3 holiday inn in Asheville. Make sure to put the right address because our GPS kept taking us in different directions. This hotel is outside the downtown. If you want to go dining you will need a car. We did not mind because we had a rental. It was closer to the mountains.

I entered the room and there was no water and one I requested a bottle of water, the Reception said only water will be provided for the hotel loyal members?? During check-out I met different team, for sure not best that the check in team. The staff missed basic things about Hospitality

  Black mold all over the inside of building had to switch rooms after 5 min bc of how nasty the whole room was and the second wasn't much better just no visible mold but terrible smell through entire building breakfast was super basic not as advertised. Everything was visiblly dirty we didn't even use shower bc it was nasty . Thankfully we only had to stay one night or we would have went elsewhere . The location is even bad like in the middle of a ghetto for real for real bad . 0 stars never again will I book this place .
