  This location is great, hidden away but there is also the Genesee river trail right down the road. Wonderful park to enjoy nature. The home is very comfy and I feel very comforted staying here. I love that I can park in a driveway and it is very nice that there are washers and dryers in the basement. I just know staying at a hotel would be a similar cost but this location is just so much better. I know, I've come to Rochester many times over the years. It's literally a "home away from home" vibe. Thank you for your hospitality.

  Pretty quiet; room and bed were clean; staff were efficient and cordial, rooms and baths had a modern/renovated look. Breakfast was pretty standard 3-star hotel fare, sausage patties and scrambled/powdered eggs. The location was nice mainly due to being in a safe area (as far as I could tell) but also within driving distance of some restaurants and retail in Valdosta.

  The bathroom/shower setup was a bit strange; the shower isn't really fully enclosed and there's a second drain in the main bathroom, apparently to catch all the shower overflow - except there's not enough of a slope to do that efficiently so you unavoidably end up with a big puddle on the floor afterward. This could be specific to the "accessible" room I got mainly by coincidence, so if you plan to stay here and don't actually need an accessible room, maybe get one of the others instead.

  Accessibility to monument Valley. I have been staying at Gouldings Lodge since 1998 and this is the first time I was not happy with my stay. The exterior lighting at 421 was not acceptable, especially for older people with handicaps. The bed linens were very rough and uncomfortable on the skin.

  The casita had everything one could want whether staying for the weekend or a month. A nice kitchen, cooking pots, utensils, etc, and a nice washer and dryer.

  The manual said all we had to do was turn on the TV in order to watch Netflix. But a screen came up asking for the date of the last day of our stay. But there was no blinking cursor to type in a date, and no amount of button pushing could get past that screen. You could not enter anything on that screen, it was a dead end.
