The a/c wasn’t working, no filter inside fan/dirty so we were miserably hot. The stopper in the sink didn’t work which kept closing. Way too expensive for what it was with non working things and on top of that no coffee maker or Kleenex, etc.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, pillows had hair on them that was not ours. We all have short hair but found 12 inch long hairs of varying colors. The first night, we didn't get towels for our shower. I had to ask for some. They did provide them but because they don't clean rooms daily I was shocked that their response was that they just did not have any with no apology.

Checked in at next door hotel which was a little confusing, got our key and went to our hotel next door, got our bags and walked upstairs to our room only to unlock and walk into a room that was already being occupied buy other guests. Took our bags downstairs and walked to next door hotel and waited in line to tell the clerk about the mistake and was asked if we could wait until the rest of the guests in th lobby were Checked into their rooms before she would figure out if there was a room available for us since the guests in our room had not checked out of their room like they were suppose to. After driving 4 hours and having plans to shower and meet up with friends at 6 about an hour away from our hotel we were left unsure of whether we would even have a room available to us. The clerk finished checking guests in that arrived after us and then called another employee who told them to see if there was another room available that we could stay in. She's on the phone for what seemed like quite a while and then on the computer for a while and then asked us to wait in the lobby for her to go see if there were any rooms available at the other hotel. I'm not sure how long she was gone but she came back a while later and checked us in again and gave us new keys and sent us back to the other hotel where we did find an empty room this time and we're able to get in and showered and ready for our plans for the evening just not at the time we had planned for. I was very disturbed at being able to unlock and Walk into an occupied room and I am sure the other guests would have been upset at having had strangers given access to their room and their belongings if they had been present in the room when we walked in. I'm sure they were never informed of anyone entering their room. I was then nervous about having someone entering our room without us present or even worse with us being present.
