  The room was nice , clean. Location was up a steep hill which looks like there are hills everywhere in Seattle. Under construction which was told when booking.

  Did not like that when our cruise was late for us to board there was a bunch of people that had to wait in the waiting room for hours and there was not enough seating. There was seating in a room that was storing our luggage and we could have sat there but they would not let us. So people were sitting on the floors and stairs. They were not very accommodating when it is not your fault that the cruise ship is running late and we are told not to come to the port until they tell us too.

  Area was nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the people were hospitable. We had 3 different rooms total of nine of us were traveling.

  The air unit would not cool off, no matter what they did , was not offered a room where the air conditioner worked, we made the best of it, the room stayed about 78 degrees, we just took cool showers and it was okay. We just made sure that the kids were comfortable and they were able ti stay in the other rooms where we did have working AC.

  I like it room was good and had plenty of room for my husband which is paralyzed. Pool area was nice and clean breakfast was nice

  the room we had didn't have a walk in shower and my husband is paralyzed and had a very hard time getting over to the board which was very uncomfortable.

  checking in was a disaster.driveway at the main entrance looked like a walmart parking lot. not enough luggage carts.at check in there were two clerks,male clerk had two guests in line the female had one guest.i chose her,big mistake.i stood in line 12minutes,the guest left ,the phone rings,the clerk said to me one minute please,and continued to talk on the phone.the other clerk processed three more guests.i moved over to him and was checked in quickley while the other clerk continued to talk on the phone. what is most important a guest standing in front of you or a person shopping for a room on the phone?
