Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  We went to this hotel on Friday the 21st at 7:00 at night. There were homeless and druggy people hanging around the hotel. The hotel was dilapidated, it didn't look like the picture online. We checked in and found out the pool had been closed by the health department. Then we decided to check out the room before bringing our luggage up. The bedroom had very little light in it, but we could see that a piece of furniture was pushed against a door to another room. The bathroom was dirty, I would not shower in that bathroom. We decided to leave and not stay the night. I know it's nonrefundable, but is there any way we can get a credit?

  The area was unsafe. The pool wasn't open. The place was rundown. The bathroom was dirty. It felt unsafe. We were not going to stay in a place like that.

  There was a shocking number of gnats/small black bugs flying around our room. Everywhere you’d look, you’d see 2-3 of them flying around. Half the hotel was under construction (including half the driveway) so there was not a single sign indicating that it was a hotel or where to turn in to enter. Breakfast was included but we arrived to maybe three selections of cereal (and only maybe two portions total of each for all guests), some dried out mini muffins, and three waffles in a ziplock bag sitting on ice. There was a 1/4 gallon of OJ and a 1/2 gallon of milk. The carpets throughout the hotel are absolutely filthy. We also called to ask if we could check in early and that we were happy to wait if not, but they said we could, and we get there to our room not ready. We left and came back a few hours later. They were super nice and apologetic but this whole experience was just poor. Attached photos of 3 bugs on bathroom mirror.

  The counter was cracked badly, there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, no water pressure for the shower, the bed was loud every time either of us moved it made a horrible sound waking the other, breakfast was disgusting - the potatoes were not cooked, the sausage tasted like it had went bad we were afraid to eat anything else. The clerk at checkout was rude and looked like she did not want to be there. So not worth the cost

  I don't know if you can see in the pool level rooms window so we kept the curtains closed. Also it would be nice if guests didn't throw beanbags at our windows...corn hole! Also the pizza was burned and inedible. We left it behind.
