  The staff was nice and it's a good thing they are because you are forced to have many interactions with them because they don't allow you to change your room temperature yourself so you have to talk to staff several times it's actually ludicrous.

  Well the area around the hostel seems to be a truly bad scene especially by the capital park...the closest fast food also was very bad since their is some kind of social issues nearby...these are all a few blocks away in the direction that you will most likely need to go so if you stay here you need to be watching over your back. the facility itself seems safe so u just have to survive the neighborhood and your golden!! Oh and I paid more for this hostel then any other one I have ever stayed at so in comparison it was expensive but still way less then hotel prices in the area.

  The room was very spacious and comfortable. They had everything turned on, such as the AC and the refrigerator. The room was inviting as you walked thru the door. Bathroom was nice and big Bed was OK but my grandson loved the pull out couch.

  One of the night ladies after 10pm was very rude to my daughter. We went out after 10 the first night with no problems getting back in without our key card. The next night there we went out again after 10pm. The door was locked so the lady at the front desk decided to be very rude to my daughter and yell at her. Telling her that she needed her key card since it was after 10pm. Yes my daughter pushed the button for 5 seconds like it said. The day shift ladies were wonderful Wish there was a better selection for breakfast but wasn't bad. The red sauce in the crocked pot was amazing. Decent experience.
