  Bed was really nice: right amount of firmness and softness co-existing. Nice pool area with friendly staffs to take care of needs. Spa was relaxing and helpful in relieving stress. Restaurants exceeded my expectation in both taste and wine selections.

  2 things: 1. The location is not the best so at night times it is not easy to find snacks. 2. The floor in a shower booth is a little slippery so some thing should be done.

  They gouged me for an additional $110 for ONE night’s stay right off the bat when they saw I had two dogs. I was not anticipating this, and it brought my stay from a roadside motel, which it was, to a Ritz Carlton - without the Ritz Carlton experience! Then they relegated us to one of their “pet rooms“ complete with vinyl floor which was covered in grit. The AC unit in the room worked well, but the suite style of the room prevented the sleeping area from receiving much of the cool air since the AC unit was in the “living room” area. I don’t recommend getting a suite, which isn’t really a suite. Just get a regular room unless you want to be hot! We were at least on the first floor, which is something I don’t normally like, but it is convenient with dogs I will say. And as I mentioned, there was a nice grassy area just outside the door which the dogs and I both enjoyed for its intended purpose. The breakfast the next morning was satisfactory although issued in what I can only imagine is prison style. Don’t forget your claim check if you want to eat, and they serve you rations. Doesn’t give you that warm and fuzzy experience, although I can certainly see how they might be driven to that. All in all it got the job done, but I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it.
