  -Nice location in the middle of the city close to the beach. -Late check in, the property messaged us the code how to get into the building and our room but we still found it a bit confusing that we had to take a gate called labeled 1816 to get to our room which was located on 1818 Meridian Avenue.

  -We never saw any personell beside the cleaners. I was happy we got into our room around 1030 pm in the evening. But I expected someone from the reception to show up at some point to greet us and to see if we needed something. There was a room labeled 'Reception' on the 2nd floor. We went knocking there a few times within their published opening hours but no one answered that door. -The air conditioning outlet was blowing directly onto our sleeping area. There was no option to reduce the intensity of the AC fan, we could only switch it on or off. -The bed was quite small.

  The staff t the desk immediately addressed our complaint about the mattress and moved us to a different room, which turned out to be a nice upgrade.

  Stains on sofas, chairs, rugs. The two rooms we had would benefit from an upgrade. Insufficient places to plug in, and not one USB or USB-C.

  The breakfast was excellent & the staff was very prompt in moving me and my husband to a new room

  The first suite (room303) had bed bugs after my husband & I was bit multiple times I took pictures and killed the bedbug because I didn’t want it to travel no more then it had already then I went straight downstairs to tell them they informed me they was going to move us once management got there and we would be compensated once pest control came on Monday to check the room out So fast forward to Monday morning before checkout I asked them and they said pest control didn’t find any active living bedbugs I said that’s because I killed it I have pictures and videos all they had to do was find the dead one on the towel and test that… So they did absolutely nothing about it other then move us to a different room and I’m very upset I paid over $250 per night to be here and this is what I get in return
