  I cannot do this review without mentioning Zak, Brandon, Jarrell and Abraham. They went the extra mile (especially Zak at check-in!), and made us feel like VIP's!! In the evening, the host for the restaurant - can't remember her name - but she was SO MUCH FUN!! She polished off an already wonderful experience. The breakfast was wonderful as well!

  I was there with my daughter and her best friend for the Morgan Wallen Concert at Hershey. This hotel was perfect. It wasn't right near the stadium, and I felt it was a great location. The best part of it was the staff. I have stayed at many hotels in my life, and this is by far some of the friendliest staff. It was a wonderful experience!

  We waited over an hour. they wouldn't answer the phone to tell us anything. The TV remote was dead. The room is run down. all the lampshades are cracked and filthy. The heater is really loud. most of the lamps didn't work.

  The layout of the primary bedroom’s bathroom. The toilet’s positioning was too close to the wall in front of it did not allow for any one over 5 foot without their knees hitting the wall. No on the third bedroom that was right off the kitchen also in the third bedroom there was just a nightstand, dresser or TV. Trash compactor did not work.
