The farmhouse was extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed to completely disconnect from our hectic daily lives and totally relax and just enjoy each other's company.

There was nothing not to like about it at all. Our only suggestion would be to put a covering over the patio area so you can enjoy the serenity of outside when it rains.

I really expected more for the price of the room. The breakfast was very scant. Could have done that well at a convenience store!

The floor in Room 224 had not been vacuumed in a long time! There were good sized pieces of debris and hair and fuzz and bits of paper everywhere. We picked up quite a bit by hand. And the toilet tissue roller was missing! Seriously? You can buy replacements at Walmart. And one roll of TP for two people for 3 days and nights is pretty ridiculous. As well as one tiny bar of soap for the same. The carpet felt damp our entire stay. Oh… and check the batteries in the TV remote.

The TV did not have ABC, our 1st room smelled like urine and mold, there was something nasty under a piece of clear plastic under the sofa mattress. There were ants everywhere on the pool deck, there were no pool towels, and when we asked for the common area to be opened for a large group who wanted to watch the hockey game, we were told no. When I asked if an exception could be made given all the other problems we had, she said I would wait and tell the manager in the morning. The next morning, the manager said this should've never happened and apologized. I'd feel better getting some of my money back, not an I'm sorry after the fact. Paying customers don't mean anything to Choice Hotels? Radisson was so much better.

Pipes made a lot of noise when turning off water. We heard it from the floor above too. The furniture needs to be replaced. Our chair had stains on it along with the couch. But we were very happy with the bedroom

Very noisy..could hear through the walls, doors slamming. Young boys yelling and running through the halls for a couple hours in the early evening. Reported to the desk, they resolved the problem.
