- “The villa was beautiful! We loved how the villa common areas opened to the pool and yard. The AC units in the room was a bonus. The location was perfect, the long alley way to the villa made us feel comfortable and secure, and just at the main road was everything you could want. Bars, clubs, restaurants, massage, shopping. We all felt very safe in the villa and while walking the main street. Emi is an excellent host and very easy to reach when we needed something. The unit doesn't have a washer or dryer, but she provided the service when we asked, we just left a tip for the person cleaning the clothes.”

  The rooms were clean, a/c worked well, and all the appliances worked well. The pool was clean. The location is nestled close to family activities, a theme park and a zoo. My kids loved it. We will be back.

  The staff was very helpful with the issue I had in the room also the convience store in the lobby was a plus and stocked properly

  I was completely disappointed and disgusted with the level of cable channels and the television had major issues so I purchased the WiFi to be able to watch my fire stick on my laptop and the service did not work at all so it was a waist of my money and the straw that broke the camel back my room on the 3rd floor was in the vicinity of the rented party room basically over the top of the party room a group had a party in which was started around 8 pm and continued until I could not take the loud music which decorated the purpose of me getting a room of that magnitude and paying that amount of money to just have to listen to unwarranted music so I had to checkout around 1150 pm because the party downstairs totally destroyed me tranquil relaxation with my fiancé this is unacceptable I am a Hilton Honors member and I did not get that valued feeling

  The shower was covered in mold and there was trash on the floor. Also the pool was closed with no reasoning which the pool was the main reason we booked this hotel.

  Location to airport. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in area.

  Hotel had been hit by lightning a few weeks ago so was having ongoing problems related to that —no elevator, etc. That should have been disclosed by booking.com, but it was not. The one employee in the building was having to run up and down stairs to troubleshoot tvs and outlets in rooms that still weren’t fixed and leaving front desk unattended. We waited 30 minutes for her to get downstairs to check us in. No signage to tell us what was going on, place just seemed deserted but we had made non refundable reservation so kept calling front desk and booking.com to find a way to get checked in. Hotel should be allowing another employee to assist with troubleshooting so front desk can be managed. In all the hotel was not as nice as other Country Inn and Suites we have stayed at.

  We were on the side where trash dumpsters were and were woken up in the middle of the night by trash being picked up. Also did not like the breakfast. Huge selection including a waffle maker (which I know a lot of people like), but low quality ingredients. Once again I realize most people like that, but I am, admittedly, a bit of a food and coffee snob.
