      The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice

      The staff upon entery did not greet us. We were also told about the pool prior to check in. The way we were told felt as if they were looking to make up an excuse for why we shouldn't check in. I'm sure this isn't Hiltons best practice. Also breakfast looked good but we decided not to eat there due to the cleanliness of the plates and silverware. We picked up items and they all had food stuck all over them. Unfortunately there were no staff to get more because it was so busy. We waited a few to find someone but never saw anyone available. We just chose to get breakfast somewhere else. Also the room could use some updates. The furniture, carpet, and wall coverings looked very worn.

      The room was very big and had a lot of space.

      The room had a spa tub that we couldn’t use because the plug didn’t work. The TV was plugged in with an extension cord that was just laid in front of the tub. There was a hole in the ceiling with wires showing.
