      Very friendly staff, location is great, rooms clean, bed comfy, and also had a standard free breakfast! Will definitely stay again. 😁

      The only thing we would have appreciated was having the soda machine stocked. Every machine we tried was out of Coca-Cola, but this may be a vendor issue and not necessarily something the hotel has control over. Definitely a minor detail and would NOT deter us from staying again in the future!!

      I liked that it was close to Kia Center. Cookies were nice.

      Our AC was broken and filthy when the guy came to check it. He emptied water. It didn't solve the issue. When I called for a new room, they said they high demands for rooms, but I insisted. The new room had a malfunctioning refrigerator. Parking in their garage cost additional $30. Difficult to park to for registration.

      THE OUTRAGEOUS PET FEE!! I booked through booking.com using the "Pet Friendly" filter. Booking.com made no mention of a pet fee, and when I arrived I was informed that the pet fee was $85! Almost as much as the room, and waaaaay out of line with going rates.
