The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The woman working in the reception called Ciara, was super friendly and very helpful. The other staff was also polite and kind. The breakfast was not the best but it was ok. No restaurant in the hotel unfortunately. Rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The staff was very kind and offered a shuttle from and to the airport which was very helpful! There is not much around the hotel but that is to be accepted when its very close to the airport. We would think the airplane noises would bother us but it didn't.

Breakfast could have been better. The only meat served for breakfast was pork.

It was hard to access my room. Needed more information than just the access code. Fortunately, one of the other guests helped me with the access code.

The first employees working the front desk I felt were a little rude, I work in customer service and it just wasn't up to par for me. Also I don't like that the hotel charges for overnight parking, everything is so expensive already

It’s location. The bedroom I stayed in was poorly designed. It was difficult to access one side of the bed all together.

This hotel told me to contact booking because it’s false advertisement on the booking website about the views. The rooms don’t have views of any kind when I specifically went out of my way to pay more money for the room with the view. The business center was closed so another false advertisement, there was no room service for food, the picture with the food in the room on the bed is misleading. They charged my card a second time for the total cost of the room at a higher rate despite booking.com charging my card already. The communication of the staff was extremely poor. There was clearly a second charge on the card and they kept telling me not true and how it was for the $60 deposit but the charge was $500. Most of the customer facing staff- front desk and wait staff english is not their first language and it’s obvious. I am glad that this hotel promotes equal employment for all, however it is extremely frustrating that when you ask a legitimate basic question staff members are confused because they haven’t fully grasped the English language. It is very inconvenient when speaking of comfort, talking about money and also communicating on food. Nothing will ever be answered correctly because communication is lost. I also had a friend visit and they used the parking. When my friend left it was not communicated to them to pay for their parking they just charged my card over $100 without discussing or alerting me first isn’t that theft? When i asked what the charge was for they told me “it is because you checked out” clearly i was not checked out if i am standing there, then she says “if your room key doesn’t work let me know”. It was midnight. This was the worst hotel stay ever, service and food is on par with a cheap run down motel. There was mold growing on the carpet. It did not make sense trying to communicate that to persons who wouldn’t understand. Another thing, i purchased a drink to take to the room and it was poured and i paid.
