      The location was Excellence. This was a Family trip. Everything was close or within 30 minutes of the activities we wanted to do. The owners where friendly and responded quickly to questions. The beds where comfortable for much needed rest. The house was well taken care of and very inviting for our family trip. Cannot wait to stay again on our next Family trip.

      We never get to stay there. While we were on our way there, they called and told us no rooms are available they are fully booked. I booked a week ago and they gave my room to someone else.

      So unprofessional. Calling us few hours before we check in to tell us they don’t have room for us . Giving us no reason just saying they are sorry they are full. I booked in advance so how can they gave my room to someone else. Can you imagine the panic I went through while driving to chicago had stop and search for another hotel. Thankfully we found one had to pay extra $50.

      Only good thing about it was the proximity to the casino.

      Room was not clean. Had to get staff in because nothing was working. Toilet wouldn't flush, AC wouldn't turn on, lamps didn't work, tv didn't work.

      We stayed for four nights and the room was made on the last day. The motel asked us to call if you want them to come and clean. It was very inconvenient because there was no reception in the park. Our room was closed to the trash can in the alley.

      They didn’t not clean or sanitize properly. Hair and stains in every bed. Bathroom tub was dirty with hair and soap and dirty residue. Counters weren’t wiped and floors weren’t swept, vacuumed, or mopped.
