Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  The property looked well taken care of. Friendly staff. My family and I enjoyed the lake beach area. The scenic views of the lake were amazing! We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzis. They have a game room, movie nights, s’mores campfire. My husband was impressed with their gym and spa services. We had a wonderful time. We plan on returning during the winter season. We just might have to make this place a yearly tradition.

  We had a sofa bed in our room and it was not comfortable at all. I think it’s time to change the mattress. You could feel and hear every spring. That’s really our only suggestion.

  Security cameras everywhere and elevator key card security, saw people actively cleaning and fixing things to maintain and update, breakfast options in morning featured custom omelet bar

  Location seemed a little far from Music Row to have that in its name. Rooms on the smaller side, so difficult to put suitcase somewhere

  Free parking, not too busy when we stayed so it wasn’t too noisy. Pool area is cute but pool itself was dirty.

  The rooms felt dirty—the chairs in the room were heavily soiled—they looked like they were picked up off the side of the road. The lamp was water-stained. The smell of marijuana smoke wafted into our room —not sure if through the crack under the door or through the ventilation. Luckily it didn’t last too long. No smart TVs so we couldn’t connect to streaming—mostly a problem because we were traveling with a small child and there was nothing child-appropriate on tv. Also there was quite a bit of visible green algae in the pool.
