  The location is great and safe, free parking and nearby lots of main attractions! the decor of the place is cute and the check in and check out process is a breeze 🤗 great value for your dollar!! book this place if its available ❤️ this place is NOT for party people. i was on a trip with my mom so it was perfect but quiet time is after 9pm and even playing music in your room could be disturbing to others in the building, so keep that in mind.

  BED BUGS!!! Woke at 3 am to find myself covered in bed bugs. The front desk said they couldn't give me a new room because they were full but refunded my money (not really a great solution). I the needed to spend the next day figuring out how not to infect my house and car with bed bugs. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

  Beds were nice, rooms was nice and cold, good shower and sink, mirror was cool, nice tv, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, clean for the most part, felt very safe

  The pool area and outside activities of the resort are nice. Staff is kind and friendly and willing to give guests the best experience.

  Our first room had an extreme smell of a harsh paint smell coming through our AC vents. Come to find out that they were doing painting work in our building and decide to not tell the guests. We had to call the front desk to have them move our room. I feel bad for all the small children there who endured breathing those harsh chemicals being pumped into their rooms. Our second room had a bad smell of mildew. Probably from all the wet people coming back to their rooms after swimming. I would rate this stay pretty low and probably would not return.

  Room was clean. We had a problem getting in but Stacy the owner rectified it. Stacy was pleasant and helped with some travel advice.

  Only one bathroom on ground floor is shared by almost all the guests. Even guests in upstairs bedrooms must take steep stairs down to bathroom. Bathroom has shower over clawfoot tub: without a grab bar, it’s hazardous to get into & out of. Dark furnishings & poor lighting in bedroom. Also the window blind was inoperable. So much bulky furniture cluttering every room nearly makes it an obstacle course to find your way around at night. Bedroom facing the street is noisy: lots of truck traffic.
