Perfect location & great value. Exactly as pictured & described in the listing. This unit was the so very clean & had bath products and Dove soap for us. Towels were fluffy & soft. Beach towel were great. The bed has so comfortable…like sleeping on a cloud. Had two umbrellas & beach chairs for use as well, which we used for one of our beach days. The complimentary valet parking was a welcomed perk. Tipping was appreciated. Publix right across the street made it convenient for picking up a few things for Breakfast & lunch on the beach. Walking distance to one beach. And a short drive to the click tower beach access where there was lifeguard & bathrooms. And a location where Costal Cabana Club sets up if you rent their service…highly recommend for a special day at the beach. Pool area was clean and refreshing.

The laundry was strange. It is operated by a separate company. Each load was $2 and dry was $4, but our card was charged for $8. If you don’t use in 72 hours you loose it. The building itself is an older building with updates being made as needed.

While the location was right where I needed it to be, the main reason for my high rating was the interior decor and luxuries. The exterior was pleasant and looked well maintained, but the interior was really impressively up-to-date, with ample power outlets, a very modern shower (with powerful water flow), and high quality sheets and towels. The towels, in fact, were very thick and absorbent - maybe the best I've ever seen in a motel. (I stay in motels and hotels almost 60 nights a year.)

The pre-arrival text messages initially gave the impression the proprietor did not welcome visitors. This was misleading, but they need to reconsider their wording. Additionally, the door-security system was excellent, but again, the preliminary pre-arrival info did NOT make it clear: there was NO key, but the pass code worked on the door's keypad perfectly every time. They need to state how this works BEFORE the person arrives, so that it's clear we (arriving people) do not actually need to meet anyone at reception.

The hotel was an easy, convenient, and cheap location close to the mountains, which is what we wanted to do for the weekend. It was great they accepted dogs.

The walls were pretty thin. I think there was a large dog on the top floor of the hotel (4th floor), which kept jumping on and off the bed all night. I don't mind dogs, but it would be so nice if they would put them on lower levels if possible to keep these types of issues to a minimum.

During check in the person was on the cell phone and didn’t even greet me simply said license and credit card. The room smelled like both cigarettes and marijuana smoke I developed a cough from how strong it was, had to go buy baking soda, candle, febreze and dryer sheets to stuff in the ac unit and in our pillow cases, the blankets had smoke burn holes in them, the curtains were gross and hadn’t been cleaned.

My room was very small, dark and dingy ( Red painted walls) some other rooms looked better ... doors open. No room to open suitcases. Photographs look better than reality. Everything old and shabby. Glad to leave after 3 nights.

The staff was not helpful at all, the beds were not comfortable, the room wasn't that clean, dirty bathroom floors, there was two large flies in my room when I arrived ask for a fly swatter they said they didn't have one and didn't seem to care, the drapes wouldn't close all the way and one of the lamps was not working.
