  There was a huge bug on my floor by my bed. No lighting going down the 4 flights of steps, was very dangerous and we were kinda scared. 4 girls staying in 1 room with no accessible plug ins for charging phones by bed. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and there were only two towels for the 4 of us. We asked for more and never received. This property is in very, very bad condition!The pool was as green and unable to use. If we hadn’t paid months in advance with no way to get money back ,we would have left!!
