  Nice hotel just a bit outdated. We've been coming to CB for many, many years, just never stayed in a hotel on the mountain. It was late May, so place was deserted. During the winter, this would be perfect spot to stay. Even given that its a ski town, we felt it overpriced for the offseason. Good facilities in room, great Wifi, small & plain, but functional bathroom. Comfortable bed.

  Location is great, walking distant to the Vegas strip. The check-in staff was wonderful to provide us the corner room which is bigger with newer facilities and close enough to the pool and parking lot.

  I wish there was "Do not disturb" sign since we like to keep our personals neat and clean and did not need room service during our stay. But we asked the front desk and they do not have anything like that for the guests.

  The clerk was not very accommodating. My room was adequate. Floors were slippery; I almost fell in the bathroom. Constant walking, stomping, or furniture being moved all through the night above my room. Remodeling not completed in areas. Breakfast could have been better; no meats or fruit. Dining area very small, had to take breakfast back to room. Asked for an iron, and was given one that was very dirty. Had to try and clean before using it. None of my family were given a receipt after checking out; every other place I’ve stayed definitely gave a receipt. Some of my family members were charged a different price than booked, but couldn’t compare because NO RECEIPTS ISSUED. Don’t think we’ll be staying here again. Most of the reviews were misleading.

  I like the friendly staff and the rooms were decent.

  I didn’t like how the bathroom is small. I also didn’t like that the floor in the room was not clean. It was sticky and felt gross. housekeeping need to do a better job mopping the floors, especially getting around the corners and under the chair that’s in the corner of the room and under the tables. the floor was not thoroughly clean. Everything else in the room is clean except for the sticky floors.
