The staff were kind and courthouse. The pool area is clean .but they need to upgrade the place toilet need fixed .the gym broken and out of order. They need someone to really clean the place properly. Only the back of the hotel is really what we see that speaks justice to the building.

The minute i reached up, I went in the room .i wheel myself back to the front desk to be checked out .the doors look like someone tried to break in, and it was never fixed.The toilet wasn't able to flush .the carpet on the floor, the smell was awful. I had to check out the morning. I didn't sleep at all .the only reason I stayed the night was because I was gonna be charged regarding my allergy was off the rock .. They put me in another room on the ground floor .but I just had to leave .too much filter on the picture they posted .

There were very few things I liked about this cabin. I saw that it had a new bedroom and bathroom door. The cabinets looked new. Had great hot water, Has A/C- that's about all!

Numerous things we didnt like and it will be on their website reviews as well. First, the kitchen had NO cleaning supplies, no trash bags, no dish detergent, no dish washer liquid! I had to buy it all myself! Pots and skillets were old and looked very dirty. Second, it has a game room, but the electronic basket ball game was in pieces in the floor! The other games seemed to be fine and the TV was nice to have in there. The washing machine was DISGUSTING! It looked like a newer unit, but had NEVER been cleaned. It was black and slimy in the detergent area. I scrubbed it for an hour before I felt ok using it! (The pic I posted was after a couple of rounds of scrubbing) The back gate that led to the enclosed patio and hot tub was completely broken! No safety feature at all while in the hot tub! The back area was not 'kept' at all! Leaves all over, waterhose just thrown about, old mildew wood pieces under the steps of hot tub, it was filthy! The bedroom does NOT have a closet, it's locked and I assume that's where the cleaning supplies are which I felt like they did not use or make available. There is NO WAY to keep your clothes tidy and hung up. The bedroom door does NOT shut all the way. I did ask management to be transferred to a more comfortable unit that had better standards, but of course that was a no, but I want to be fair, there were very small nice features within the unit. My advice to owner: Fix what's broken! And please get a new cleaning crew, the house should have been picture perfect for the amount we were charged!! Very misleading on your part! Very unhappy!

It was advertised with a bbq grill. The grill was there but no gas bottle and it looked like one hadn’t been there in a while. About a third of the lamps didn’t work. One of the storage doors was busted up with hanging slats

After driving 12 hours we pulled up to a dump that wasn't even open. Had booked this property almost 3 weeks prior. Trashy, dirty and in back there was a car with flat tires and all the windows busted out. This place let me book a room and isn't even open! No my card never got charged but we pulled up after a long drive and had no place to stay! BEWARE and STAY AWAY!
