  Nice introduction to the Adirondacks. These are a treasure of the US. Great trail walks on surrounding peaks. Immediate town offers much. Great Little Italy Restaurant. Easy to walk to lake and enjoy a walk.

  A little more attention to detail would help at this location. Check-in is weird. Told you will receive an email 2 hour before check-in but in other breath download everything before arriving as internet reception poor. Then 4pm check-in. Luckily, they let us check-in earlier without receiving an email.

  Location was great - close to transit and Voodoo Doughnuts :) Rooms had good amenities - air conditioner, microwave, fridge (with freezer) and a nice big television

  The hot tub, comfy bed. Big enough for two people. Cozy. Overall great place to stay!!

  As for needs to fixed. The room had a non working A/C and we had to figure that out the hard way. You have a hot tub in the room the A/C should at least work. Not enough air way comes through the window if it isn’t cold out side, which it wasn’t. The door was a little difficult to get into and get out of. You can see where the previous person used their foot to kick in the door on the inside because of a foot print. The bottom cabinet was off the hinge and that’s really just a deposit issue because I want to make sure no one thought it was us. And just not really good communication.

  Working on plumbing when first arrived; no water. The breakfast options were bad and the coffee was terrible! Front desk did not return my ID/DL at check in. Didn’t notice till I was back home. They wanted to charge an outrageous amount to mail it. I had to get a ride and drive from Orange County the next day to pick it up!!!!
