The app said breakfast but they did not have breakfast currently, the location was sketchy, a lot of homeless around and outside buildings. A car window was smashed out when we pulled in. The hair dryer didn’t work, tub was dirty and we kept getting scam calls throughout the night on the rooms telephone line.

Walkable location to most things, but not super close. Surprisingly good pub restaurant. The staff was very friendly. The coffee station on the second floor was a nice touch.

The hotel is located across from a hospital so you hear sirens all night long. The people in the hotel beside us were doing drugs, which you could smell in our room. ALL NIGHT LONG. The elevator was janky. You could feel the people moving in the room next door. Walls are ridiculously thin, I heard every word they said as well. The halls are creepy and poorly lit. The “free breakfast” was muffins and coffee, both of which were disgusting, and the person at the front desk stopped me with 2 muffins and 2 cups of coffee in my hands to demand I show her my room key. The bathroom had pee in the floor around the toilet, the shower curtains and towels had prior guest hair in them, the shower head had zero water pressure. The bed was super uncomfortable, coupled with the fact that the sofa was stained red, and the mattress on the sofa bed was stained and disgusting and unmade. We had several scary experiences here. We were standing outside, a car pulls up revving their engine, driver gets out and goes inside. Someone jumps in the driver seat, throws their hand out the window at us, starts Revving the engine some more. Driver comes back out and talks to whoever is in the car, goes back inside and checks in, then comes back out, makes eye contact with us, jumps in the car and slams the gas. This didn’t just leave us feeling unsettled, the person working the front desk was scared as well. Then later we see a woman falling all over the parking lot, running and sobbing, then falling just repeatedly all the way to the lobby. Generally, none of the women who also booked with us felt safe in the least. We ended up enacting a buddy system so no one left a room alone for any reason at all. Someone else literally said “this feels like a place where people go to get missing” which resonated because yeah. Definitely does. The outside of the building looked deceptively nice. Thankfully, it was only $140 for 1 night.

Parking No free parking. I had to use valet parking or be towed. No other options. It became an added expense ( $39/ night) because it was no free parking. Then the valet parked the car in the street in front of the hotel. No parking garage.
